Terms of Service

1) Eligibility (21+)

You must be at least 21 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 21+.

2) Entertainment Only — No Real-Money Gambling

• The Service is for entertainment purposes only.
• No real-money gambling: you cannot wager real money through the Service.
• No prizes of real-world value are awarded.
• Virtual items and virtual currency have no cash value and are not redeemable for money or anything of value.

3) Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of unauthorized use.

4) Acceptable Use

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or manipulate outcomes.
• Do not harass others, post unlawful content, or violate others’ rights.
• Do not attempt to access the Service or systems in an unauthorized manner.

5) Virtual Currency & Items

The Service may include virtual currency (e.g., “coins/credits”) and virtual items. They are licensed, not sold; are non-transferable; may not be traded for real money; and may be modified, rebalanced, or removed at any time as part of operating the Service.

6) Optional Purchases, Billing, Refunds & Chargebacks

• Some virtual currency/items may be available for purchase. Prices and availability are shown at checkout and may change.
• Payments are processed through the payment method you choose; applicable taxes may apply where required.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated at purchase.
• If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may suspend or terminate your account and/or remove purchased virtual items, to the extent permitted by law.

7) Intellectual Property & License

The Service, including software, content, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by Embergrove House, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms.

8) Suspension/Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service (including accounts and virtual items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud/abuse, or if required to protect the Service, other users, or comply with law.

9) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Embergrove House, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the updated version and changing the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
